Frequently asked questions

Are the tools free?

Yes: the 31 local tools are free, unlimited and need no account. The 5 AI tools include 5 free documents a day with a free account (email or Google); Premium removes the limit.

Do I need an account?

Not for local tools. A free account (email sign-up or Google sign-in) is only required for AI tools.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

Local tools run entirely in your browser. AI tools send the content to our server and then to our AI provider (MiniMax or OpenAI).

Which languages are available?

IWELAH is available in 15 languages, and the tools handle documents written in any language.

How do AI credits work?

1 credit = 1 AI document, used automatically once your free documents for the day are used up. Credits are linked to your account.

How do I recover my licence?

Your licence is linked to your account's email address. If you lose it, request it from your account or the "Recover my licence" page and it will be emailed to you.
